Happy Halloween

Trevor & I talked about that Daddy worked for the Army and he had a very important job helping people, but he has to do his job far away. I also told him that Daddy worked on a computer in a office (just in case he ever does see the news somewhere- I won't watch it while he is awake). I did not mention Iraq. He seemed to accept it and move on.

I hope to have some pictures from Halloween to post soon, unfortunately for me I did not get to take Trevor trick or treating- somehow I managed to get the stomach flu this week. Seems to be getting better, just tired. Mimi & Papa (Christian's parents) have stepped in and have been taking care of Trevor and took him trick or treating tonight. They brought him over by our house to go to the neighbors and I watched through the window. He looked so cute. I've left a bucket of candy on the porch so the kids can self serve- and no, they don't take it all!!

The final choice on Halloween costume was Daddy!! We had talked about being a cowboy or pumpkin and I took him to the store to look at the pumpkin costumes and he saw a skeleton costume he thought was neat, but they didn't have his size. While we were in the store he looked at me and said "Mommy, I want to be Daddy for Halloween this year" and hasn't wavered since. He looks very handsome. I'll post some pictures soon!!

Happy Trick or Treating!!
