And then, there was pizza....

The pizza oven is officially broken in!! I forgot to take pictures of my first pizza's!! The one you see is a "dessert" pizza- butter, sugar, and cinnamon. They came out great- some of my neighbors came over and helped Trevor and I break it it. Don & Marshan helped assemble our new table and chairs while we were waiting for the fire to get hot enough and David helped me build the fire. That was a lot harder than I thought it would be!! Good to have a Eagle Scout living next to you :)

Next up is Trevor's fourth birthday. I can't believe he is turning four!! We will have a family party next weekend and then the weekend of his birthday we are having kids over. I'm going to make pizza for the family- little scary, but should be fun. I'm going to have to train a few people on making the pizza's so I can have an assembly line going to make enough pizza for everyone!!
