Thank you Coach Brown

Coach Brown and the other NCAA coaches visit was a real treat. Despite the brutal jetlag and very little sleep (they arrived in Baghdad at 3:00 a.m.), Coach Brown was very gracious. He took time for photos and to sign our UT flags. Also, I've been following Coach Brown's blog about his trip and can say with certainty that his priorities are in the right place. He gets it. All Texas Exes should be proud to have such a fine ambassador for The University.

We're getting closer to coming home. It was eight months ago yesterday that I said "goodbye" to Sharon and Trevor. Some days the time flies, others, it crawls. Still, we're well over the hump and we'll be back together as a family soon. I cannot wait.
