Not sure what CHU stands for- I think it is something like containerized housing unit... As you see it is not very big, a trailer broken into three roughly 10x10 rooms.

Cards are regular postage and the post office has APO/FPO flat rate boxes that they will give you. One is around $10 (postage- box is free) and you can stuff as much as you can in it.

CHU stands for containerized housing unit. CHUs today are trailers but first ones were made from the shipping containers. The large blocks of concrete are called "T Walls".
